Step 1: Marinate Chicken
In a dish mix together the flour, salt, pepper. Then coat chicken pieces in this flour mixture.
Step 2: Chop the Veggies
Chop shallot, mushrooms, and parsley and put them in a bowl.
Step 3: Cook the Chicken
In a saucepan, melt butter with oil over medium heat. Place chicken in the saucepan and cook chicken until lightly browned on both sides about 5 minutes. Then remove chicken from saucepan and set aside.
Step 4: Make Chicken Marsala
In the same saucepan add butter, mushrooms, salt, pepper and mix it well. Cook about for 5 minutes, until lightly browned. Add onion and stir it and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Pour marsala over the cooked chicken.
Cover and simmer for 10 minutes to mix flavors.
Top chicken marsala with the chopped parsley and stir it. Serve chicken marsala with noodles or pasta.
