Step 1:Prepare Spicy Paste
To make spicy paste, in a medium bowl add minced ginger, minced garlic, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, cayenne pepper, garam masala powder, paprika powder and mix together well.
Step 2:Prepare Sauce
To make sauce, add olive oil into a deep frying pan over a medium heat. When oil is hot, add cardamom pods and cinnamon stick, leave for few seconds and then remove from the oil and set aside. Add chopped onion, stir it well and cook for 5 minutes until brown. Add spicy paste, chopped tomato, water, tomato puree, salt and stir for a minute.
Step 3:Cook & Serve Chicken Tikka Masala
Add chicken breast pieces and mix together well into the sauce. Cook for 12 minutes, stirring every few minutes, until the chicken is cooked and tender. Add yoghurt, mix well and cook for another 5 minutes. Transfer hot chicken tikka masala in a serving bowl and garnish with chopped coriander. Serve chicken tikka masala with boiled rice. Your Chicken Tikka Masala is ready to eat!!!

- 1 cup Yoghurt
