Step 1: Prepare Dough
In a heated saucepan, add the butter and water. Then turn the heat to medium and stir it well.
Once the butter mixture is boiled, remove the saucepan from the heat and quickly add the flour, salt and mix it together well until it turns into a dough.
Cover the dough with a plastic wrap for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes remove the plastic wrap from the dough.
Add the eggs into the dough and stir it well until the eggs are completely mixed.
Step 2: Fry and Serve Churros
Heat the oil in a deep saucepan. Fill a pastry bag with the churros dough and then squeeze 5-inch strips of dough into the hot oil.
Fry for 3 to 4 minutes or until they are golden brown.
Drain the churros on paper towels and sprinkle with caster sugar.
Serve with chocolate sauce for dipping.
