Step 1: Prepare Tortilla Balls

To make Fathers Day Quesadillas, first make spinach, sun dried tomato and flour tortilla balls. To make spinach tortilla ball, prepare spinach mixture by cooking spinach in water for 5 minutes. After that add spinach mixture in flour tortilla dough followed by some flour and mix it well. Then make small ball from spinach tortilla dough. Next to make Sun dried tomato tortilla ball, first make its dough by mixing sun dried tomato powder into flour tortilla dough. Then make small ball from sun dried tomato tortilla dough. Finally make small ball of flour tortilla dough. Next is to roast these three tortillas. For that first press spinach tortilla ball, sun dried tomato tortilla and flour tortilla ball in tortilla press.

Step 2: Roast Tortilla Balls

Roast spinach tortilla in the electric griddle for 1-2 minutes. After that flip it and roast it for 15 seconds more. Then roast sun dried tomato tortilla and flour tortilla in the same way.

Step 3: Prepare Stuffings and Ties

To make stuffing, mix chopped tomatoes, corns kennels, black beans, and chopped avocado. Then add cilantro leaves, onion, salt, and garlic powder and mix it well. Next make ties by cutting cheddar cheese into tie shape and make tie knots by cutting carrot into triangle shape.

Step 4: Decorate and Serve Quesadillas

Finally to prepare Fathers Day Quesadillas, cut the tortillas into shirt shape. Then add stuffing into it and fold it in shirt shape. Then bake it for 34-35 seconds at 200 degrees. After baking, cool it for sometime. Finally decorate shirt shaped Quesadillas with cheddar cheese, carrot and grated cheese. Serve it with tomato sauce. Your yummy Fathers Day Quesadillas are ready!!!

  • 9 Ounces Fresh Spinach
  • Water (As per requirement)
  • Plain Flour (As per requirement)
  • Sun dried tomato powder (As per requirement)
  • Flour dough

For Stuffing and Tie Accessories

  • ½ cup frozen Corn Kernels
  • 1 medium Avocado chopped
  • 1 small Tomato chopped
  • 1 can Black Beans
  • 1-2 Whole Green Onions, chopped
  • Handful of Cilantro Leaves
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Garlic Powder

For Decoration :

  • Carrot
  • Cheddar Cheese
  • Grated Cheese
  • Tomato Sauce
