Step 1: Prepare Potatoes Chips
To make chips, cut potatoes into small stripes and place it in a prepared baking sheet and spray olive oil over potato strips. Bake potato strips in oven for 40 minutes at 200 degrees till they get crispy and golden.
Step 2: Fry Fish
To fry fish, first, cut the fish fillet into 4 pieces. Take flour, butter, egg white, salt, black pepper in a large bowl and blend it well using an electric blender. Place a frying pan in a high heated flame and spray olive oil on it. Dip fish pieces into the batter and then quickly place it in frying pan and cook for 2-3 minutes from both sides.
Step 3: Prepare Yogurt Dip
To make a yogurt dip, add yogurt, chopped chives, capers, lemons rind and chopped parsley in a medium bowl and mix together well.
Step 4: Serve Fish and Chips
To serve ‘Fish and Chips’, place fish and chips on serving plate. Sprinkle some chopped parsley over it and serve with salad, lemon wedges and yogurt dips. Your ‘Fish and Chips’ are ready to serve.
