Step 1: Prepare Cupcake Batter

Preheat oven at 170 degrees. Make cake batter by mixing butter, caster sugar, eggs, all purpose flour, salt, baking soda, milk and vanilla extract together. Pour batter in two bowls and keep some batter remaining. Add green food color in one bowl and blue food color in the other bowl and mix it well.

 

Step 2: Bake Color Cupcakes

Add spoonful of green and blue batter together into all baking cups. Bake these color cupcakes for 15 to 20 minutes. After baking, remove color cupcakes and wait until it gets cool. Cover white liner color cupcakes from blue and orange liners. Finally, cut off the blue liner color cupcakes top and make a flower shape using flower shape cutter on top of it. At last, scoop out the flower shape cakes from the cupcakes.

Step 3: Make Mini Daisy Cake

Next is to make mini daisy cake and for that, first preheat oven at 170 degrees. Then grease daisy mold with cooking spray. Then paint the center of each daisy mold with green cake batter and refrigerate it for 15-20 minutes. Next equally divide the cake batter left earlier into 3 bowls having yellow, pink, and violet food color and mix it well. Then fill daisy mold with these color batters and bake it for 8-12 minutes until fluffy. After baking, remove daisy cake and wait until it gets cool. At last, insert daisy cakes into lollipop sticks.

 

Step 4: Decorate Mini Cupcakes

Finally to decorate, first make red frosting and chocolate frosting by mixing whipped cream with red food color and chocolate syrup. Then fill colored cupcake flower shape with red frosting and apply chocolate frosting on remaining three color cupcakes. Place color cupcake on cupcake platter and insert daisy cakes sticks in chocolate frosting cupcakes. Your yummy Flower cupcakes are ready!
