Step 1: Chop the Veggies
First begin by chopping red onion, onion, cucumber and garlic cloves for making Tzatziki sauce.
Step 2: Make Tzatziki Sauce
Now add yogurt and the chopped garlic cloves, red onion, cucumber, salt in a bowl. Combine this mixture well. Store this mixture in the fridge so that it sets until ready to serve.
Step 3: Prepare Beef Patties
Now in a bowl, combine beef, chopped red onion, garlic clove, salt and mix it well. After thoroughly mixing this combination, separate into 2 patties. Cook the patties. Once cooked, slice the patties into strips.
Step 4: Assemble Gyros
Put patty strips in a pita. Top it with sliced tomatoes, onions and drizzle with tzatziki sauce. Roll the pita and serve with french fries and tomato sauce. Enjoy!
