Step 1: Prepare Mint And Chips Ice Cream

Take a large bowl and pour milk in it. Add sugar, heavy cream, peppermint extract and green food color in it and grind them well. Next refrigerate mint and chips ice cream mixture for 6 hours. To enhance the flavor add mini chocolate chips to the mixture and mix it well. Then again, refrigerate it overnight till it gets firm.

Step 2: Prepare Watermelon Ice Cream

Now prepare watermelon ice cream. For the preparation, take large bowl and add milk, sugar, heavy cream, pink food color and watermelon chunks in it. Grind all the ingredients together. Transfer the mixture into an airtight container and refrigerate it overnight till it gets firm.

Step 3: Make Waffle Bowl

Next step is to make waffle bowl. For that mix egg, salt, sugar, flour and butter in medium bowl. Put waffle batter on waffle maker and bake it for 1 ½ minutes. Now place the waffle sheet on a waffle bowl mold and press it using waffle bowl pusher. Your waffle bowl is ready!

Step 4: Prepare Toppings and Serve

To make the serving tastier, prepare honey roast pistachios. Place a small pan on gas stove. Add butter and honey in the pan. As the butter melts, remove the pan from stove. Mix shelled pistachios to the mixture and transfer it into a waffle bowl. Add scoop of mint and chips ice cream and watermelon ice cream to it. Then add brownie cake to it. Garnish the Ice cream Sundae with banana slices, chocolate syrup, chocolate sticks, whipped cream and cherry. Your yummy Ice Cream Sundae is ready!

  • ¾ Cup Sugar
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 2 Cups Heavy Cream
  • 2 tsp Peppermint Extract
  • 4 Ounces Mini Chocolate Chips
  • Green Food Color
  • ¼ Cup Sugar
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • ½ Cup Heavy Cream
  • Pink Food Color
  • 4 Cups Frozen
  • Watermelon Chunks

For Waffle Bowl

  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Flour
  • 1 tbsp Melted Butter
  • ¼ tsp Salt

For Honey Roast Pistachios:

  • 10g Unsalted Butter
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 100g Pistachios

For Garnish:

  • Banana Slices
  • Cherries
  • Brownie Cake
  • Chocolate Sticks
  • Chocolate Syrup
  • Whipped Cream
