Step 1: Cook Pasta

Add salt and olive oil in water. Stir and bring the water to a boil. Add pasta to the boiling water. Allow this to cook for 10 minutes. Drain pasta and place it in a large bowl.

Step 2: Make Pasta Dressing

To make the dressing, whisk together the vinegar, lemon juice, honey, salt and olive oil in a small bowl.

Step 3: Assemble Italian Pasta Salad

In a pasta bowl add pepperoni, provolone, black olive, garbanzo beans, cherry tomatoes, dried parsley, and dried basil.Pour dressing over pasta and toss all ingredients gently until well combined. Chill and serve.

Ingredients
  • 1 pound Rotini Pasta
  • Water, enough to boil pasta
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • 2 cups cubed Pepperoni
  • 2 tsp Coarse Salt
  • 2 cups cubed Provolone
  • 2 cups Black Olive
  • 2 cup cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 tsp Dried Parsley
  • 2 cups Garbanzo Beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 tsp Dried Basil
  • ¼ cup Red Wine Vinegar
  • ½ tsp Honey
  • 1 and ½ tbsp Lemon juice
