Step 1: Make Dough
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spread cooking spray in a bundt pan. In a measuring jug, mix together milk, water, melted butter, sugar, and yeast. Mix flour and salt in a large bowl. Then add milk mixture to flour. Using a wooden spoon, stir until dough becomes shaggy and knead the dough is smooth and satiny, shape into taut ball. Coat surface of dough with cooking spray. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and place in a warm place until dough doubles in size, 1 to 2 hours.
Step 2: Apply Coating on Monkey Bread
Using a bench scraper or knife, cut dough into pieces. Spread the cashew nuts pieces into bundt pan. Mix white sugar and cinnamon in a plastic bag. Then put dough pieces in the sugar and cinnamon mixture and shake well. Arrange dough pieces over cashew nuts of the prepared bundt pan. In a small saucepan, melt the margarine with the brown sugar over medium heat. Then pour the mixture over the dough
Step 3: Bake and Serve Monkey Bread
Bake monkey bread for 35 minutes. Remove bundt pan from oven and cool in pan for few minutes. Then turn out onto a plate. Your dish is ready to serve!

- 1/3 Cup Water, just warm
- 1/4 Cup Melted Butter
- 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
- 2 and 1/4 tsp Instant Yeast

- 1/2 Cup Chopped Cashew Nuts
