Step 1: Make Pizza Dough
Preheat oven to 214 F. Add water, salt and yeast into a measuring jug and stir it well. Add olive oil and yeast water in a flour bowl. Mix until a soft dough forms and knead gently for 5 minutes. Cover the dough for one hour.
Step 2: Chop Veggies and other Toppings
Slice pepperoni, onions and mozzarella cheese for toppings.
Step 3: Assemble and bake Pizza
Dust the dough and rolling pin with flour and roll it into a circle. Dust the baking tray with flour and put the dough pizza in the baking tray. Spread tomato sauce over the pizza base. Place slices of mozzarella cheese on top, followed by the sliced pepperoni. Sprinkle on the onion, season with black pepper and salt and drizzle over some olive oil. Place the pizza in the middle of the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes. After 15-20 minutes, remove it from the oven and transfer the Pizza in a serving dish. Enjoy!
