Step 1: Fry Diced Bacon
Preheat oven to 150 degrees. Place a frying pan on medium heat. Allow pan to warm through then add the diced bacon, fry until crispy, stirring occasionally. Once crispy, drain on a paper towel
Step 2: Prepare Egg Mixture
Pour the milk into the bowl of the beaten egg then add double cheese, salt, and pepper and combine well with a whisk.
Step 3: Bake and Serve
Now evenly sprinkle the cheese into the pie tin and then the fried bacon. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the bacon and cheese. Place the quiche lorraine into the center of the preheated oven and bake for 30 - 40 minutes until it has set. Once backed and serve
