Step 1: Cook The Rice
Cook the rice, two cinnamon sticks, cloves, peeled lemon and water in saucepan. Soak the mixture for an hour. Get the stove and set the temperature high. Put the saucepan on stove and wait till it starts boiling. Boil the rice for next 12 minutes on medium temperature. Switch off the stove and remove the pan.
Step 2: Prepare Rice Pudding
Take a bowl and make a mixture of one egg and milk. Later add mixture of egg and milk along with vanilla extract and condensed milk in rice. Mix it well. Switch on the stove and set the temperature low. Put the saucepan on stove and allow it to cook for more 35 minutes. Add raisins and mix it well.
Step 3: Decorate and Serve Rice Pudding
Serve the rice pudding in serving bowl. It's time to decorate our dish with some cinnamon powder, cinnamon sticks and lemon zester. Yumm! Your delicious Rice Pudding is now ready to serve!!!
