Step 1: Make Tortilla Dough
To make tortilla dough mix all purpose flour, whole wheat flour, olive oil, baking powder, salt and warm water in a bowl. Mix all gently with slotted spoon. After mixing take the flour mixture, place it on cutting board. Knead the mixture with hands once before cutting it into four equal pieces. Use rolling pin to roll the balls into tortilla. Bake the tortilla on medium heat till it turns slightly golden.
Step 2: Make Sandwich Wrap
To make Sandwich Wrap arrange sliced green leaf lettuce on a tortilla.Then arrange some cooked turkey breast slices. Put some smoked bacon slices, vine-ripened tomato slices and hass avocado slices. Sprinkle some kosher salt and ground black pepper. Finally top it with chopped arugula and roll the tortilla gently. Repeat same process with remaining ingredients.
Step 3: Make Ranch Dressing
To make ranch dressing take a bowl and mix minced garlic, kosher salt, mayonnaise, buttermilk and minced parsley. Then add thinly sliced scallion, minced chives, white vinegar, ground black pepper and mix together well.
Step 4: Garnish and Serve Sandwich Wraps
Arrange Sandwich Wraps in serving plate. Add ranch dressing in sauce bowl and garnish it with sliced chives and place it on the serving plate. Your Sandwich Wraps are ready to serve!
