Step 1: Make Mascarpone Filling
To make mascarpone filling, crack the eggs one by one and put egg yolks in a large bowl and egg whites in a another bowl. Add half of the sugar in the egg yolks and beat together well until sugar is completely dissolved. Then add mascarpone cheese and continue to beat well. Add remaining sugar in the egg whites and beat until soft peak forms. Then add egg whites and sugar mixture into the mascarpone mixture and mix gently until just combined.
Step 2: Assemble Tiramisu
To assemble tiramisu, dip the ladyfinger biscuits quickly in sweetened espresso , soaking it on each side and arrange it horizontal in a single layer side by side in the casserole dish. Spread mascarpone filling over the soaked ladyfingers . Dust unsweetened cocoa powder all over mascarpone filling. Repeat same process and arrange second layer of soaked ladyfingers biscuits vertically and spread mascarpone filling over it. Then dust remaining cocoa powder all over the mascarpone filling. Place casserole dish in the refrigerator for about two to three hours, this way, the layers can settle together and serving each portion will be much easier.
Step 3: Garnish and Serve
To garnish and serve tiramisu, remove tiramisu from the fridge. Using sharp knife cut tiramisu into square piece and place it on the serving plate. Garnish tiramisu with white chocolate curls, melted chocolate, chocolate curls and coffee beans. Your Tiramisu is ready to serve. Yummy!!!!
