Step 1: Make heart Shaped Sandwich

Cut 4 bread slices in heart shape using heart shape cutter. Apply low fat mayonnaise over heart shaped bread slice. Place grilled chicken strip on it followed by tomato slices. Add few fresh mint leaves over tomato. At the end place some lettuce leaves on top and cover the sandwich with remaining heart shaped bread slice. Repeat same process for remaining ingredients.

Step 2: Make Heart Shaped Muffins

Another dish for Valentine Day Lunch Box will be heart shaped muffins. To make heart shaped muffins, add muffin mix in a large bowl. Add cherry pie filling and 1 egg into it and mix together well. Now pour the batter into muffin tray and bake in oven for 30 minutes at 200 degrees. Once removed cool heart shaped muffins for some time and then pipe frosting over them and put cherry over the frosting.

Step 3: Design Heart Shapes

To design heart shapes, cut the strawberries in heart shape using knife. Now cut carrot in V-shape using knife and peel to round off the pointed edges of carrot. Then peel on each side of the bottom until the two sides meet at the point. Cut the carrot into heart shaped slices using knife.

To garnish and serve Valentine Day Lunch Box, place heart shaped sandwich, heart shaped muffin, heart shaped carrot slices and heart shaped strawberry pieces into lunch box. Serve with vanilla yogurt and garnish with colorful sprinkles . Your yummy Valentine Day Lunch Box is ready!
